Espai Natura Households

Located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Espai Natura is the first multifamily project of the manager of construction projects that Marcove carried out under the concept of the system H.A.U.S.

Designed by BAILORULL's international architecture studio, it is a collective housing development consisting of 16 households, distributed over 4 floors, of approximately 140 m2 each.

The result, according to both companies, is a "new urban model, slow, sustainable and hyperconnected".

A responsible and creative way to approach the architecture that incorporates a complete set of healthy criteria in the living spaces with the aim of improving the welfare of users and the environment.

The architecture firm relied on Gradhermetic to provide technical and decorative solutions in solar protection by installing their foldable and adjustable blinds GradStor 80 with wood effect.
