LAR Building is a residential project located at Federico García Lorca avenue and Dr. Giménez Canga Argüelles street intersection, in Almería.
A households project carried out by Ordaz Arquitectura + Ingeniería studio, founded in 1977 by Mr. Jose Antonio Ordaz.
With more than 750 projects completed throughout its history, the studio offers architecture, urban planning, interior design, engineering and project management services. And currently has "a multidisciplinary and flexible team that efficiently meets the demands of our clients, whatever the volume and complexity of the project", they say on their website.
LAR building facade is equipped with two different louvres series. A combination of our Gradpanel T 20 aluminium fixed louvres and a perforated aluminium sheet louvres with unique shape. Adjustable panels designed and produced ad hoc to satisfy Ordaz Arquitectura + Ingeniería project requirements , whom we would like to thank their confidence in our company.
The result is a louvres set with round perforations and an abstract tendency that generates movement on the facade while allowing the amount of light that penetrates the interior of the homes to be adjusted.
