According to both studies, a “bold and innovative proposal, which flees from the topics of architecture dedicated to apartment blocks. Taking advantage of the exceptional location of the last building land in the magnificent Passeig Marítim of Ibiza, the architects propose a building based on the idea of ​​Italian theater, with a horseshoe shape and descending volume, as if it were an amphitheater from which to contemplate the port and the historic city. "

All apartments offer great privacy, as well as an opening to the patio, through terraces protected by a system of white bars.

The material chosen in this case the architectural studies was the lattice Phalsol Series C 160.
