Hospital Vigil de Quiñones
Vigil de Quiñones Hospital (Military Hospital of Seville) has undergone a comprehensive emergency refurbishment process as a result of the situation caused by COVID-19.
The project was carried out by PLANHO architectural studio and, according to their website, "three phases of execution were established for its completion until the hospital is fully up and running", including actions such as: comprehensive reform of the old Medical Day Hospital for 25 ICU positions (level +2), refurbishment and reform of 3 floors of Hospitalisation with a total of 144 beds (levels +4, +5 and +6), refurbishment of support services and spaces necessary for the partial operation of the hospital (administration, staff areas, facilities areas, warehouses, diagnostic imaging...) on several floors between levels +0 to +3 as well as a new communications and access centre COVID-19 and the redevelopment of the southern area of the new access.
The new hospital is equipped with Phalsol PH 134 series lattices, Gradpanel P 120 series lattices and Phalmur P 200 R claddings.
