40 households residential project located in El Cañaveral area, in Madrid southeast, and designed by architect David González García, from Daar Arquitectura studio.

According to the same study, "the Cañaveral tower promotion offers households with large terraces of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with garage and storage room. It is a closed urbanization project, which will have a swimming pool, gym and large green spaces, which allow you to enjoy a large recreation area".

It is also planned to maintain the green areas and implement a shopping and entertainment center in the area.

To improve the comfort and the energy efficiency of the building, Gradhermetic installed 121 Gradpanel P 80 enc. sliding panels as solar protection systems. Vertical slats in copper color that at the same time contribute to the aesthetics of the facade and generate a vivid, changing and character image.
