Regional Antofagasta's Hospital or Regional Hospital Dr. Leonardo Guzmán Antofagasta's is a public hospital located in Antofagasta, Chile.

It was built for the first time in the early 1960s, although in April 2014, the construction process of new hospital complex began until June 2017.

Current project has 123,000 m2 area and was designed by Carvajal Casariego + Riesco Rivera arquitectos studio, arising from the merger of the two studios "with the aim of developing complex projects in Latin America," according their website. Architecture studio experience covers more than fifty projects, among which more than 20 large hospital projects stand out in the study's work.

Regional Antofagasta's Hospital , according to the promoter and construction company SACYR CHILE, S.A, “it configures a hospital model that develops the complex in an integrated building, differentiating between three large functional areas: Diagnosis and Treatment Center, General Hospitalization and the critical patients unit. These three large areas are arranged on an extensive level of logistics and facilities, with restricted access to personnel, and which functions as the distribution plant for the hospital's supply systems”.

The hospital center has benn eqquiped with Brise Soleil BR Series louvres and Phalplac metal ceilings from Gradhermetic.
