Casa indipendente a Marbella

Single family house located in Marbella and designed by Valentín de Madariaga architect. A firm with more than 35 years of experience in architecture.

The architectural studio specialises in residential architecture and high-end urbanisations. His designs are a blend of two architectural styles, traditional Andalusian and a more modern style resulting from a mixture of Arab culture and contemporary architecture.

As the studio shows on its website: "all the designs of its houses arise in a natural and common sense way, integrating perfectly into the environment where they are going to be built. Each plot gives them their own guidelines on how to transform it in order to build and achieve the necessary harmony and balance". They conclude that "harmony with nature makes the human being purer". 

The project is equipped with Dherma 100 aluminium blinds with adjustable slats. 

The different families of retractable louvres allow the architect to respond to the functional, environmental and economic requirements of each project. And they achieve the perfect balance between elegance and practicality, offering professionals in the sector and occupants solar protection, visibility, light modulation, ventilation and uniqueness to the façade.
