Bonavista Developments was founded in 2014 as a development company specialising in high-end properties development around Barcelona.

The company built six luxury houses on Carrer Saüc in Barcelona, in the Sarrià district. The set is located specifically at the foot of the Oreneta Park and with panoramic views of the city.

The complex of spacious and modern homes was designed by Damián Ribas Arquitectura studio. The households are organised in three pairs of semi-detached houses. Each of them offers a built area of between 480 and 630 m2 and has a technical basement, garage with space for 3 or 4 vehicles, garden and private swimming pool.

According to developer's website: "The architecture is fully integrated into the local landscape. Natural stone and wood provide strength and warmth that connect the houses to the land. While concrete and glass give them a luminosity and lightness that make the upper floors touch the sky".
