As described by its promoter Stoneweg Living, it is a unique development with an enviable location that combines convenience, comfort, design and innovation.

The project was designed by Hans Abaton prestigious architecture studio "where they have taken care of all the details and have given the project a great personality while enhancing all the possibilities offered by this privileged location" reports the promoter through its website.

This personality is visible on the project façade, which has more than 5.1000 ml of Moso Bamboo X-treme louvres installed in different application systems from Gradhermetic's Gradpanel range.

The one-piece solid profile bamboo wood slats have a dimension of 35x30 mm, whose combination with the extruded aluminium frames forms an elegant composition that at the same time generates a changing and warm façade.

The project won the Asprima 2018 award for the best housing development in Spain.
