Apartamentos Claudio Coello 121
Residential project designed by Arenas Basabe Palacios studio and located at Calle Claudio Coello 121, in Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood.
According to architecture studio, the project “presents a dual character through the contrast in its materiality: towards Claudio Coello street, the building responds to a classic neighborhood organization with tripartite facades with plinth, body and crown”.
While, on the other hand, towards the interior "a lighter and more friendly facade opens into the garden by means of large glass panels covered with wooden lattices".
Specifically, Gradpanel CL W 35 Series lattices were installed: Solid Red Cedar fixed slats of wood, which provide a high aesthetic value, warmth and elegance to the building's facade while contributing to interior comfort.
In addition, the swiveling and movable corrugated application of slats generate a dynmic and always changing facade.
All the woods Gradhermetic work with are from protected and sustainably managed forest forests under PEFC and FSC labels.
