The Edge Estepona
Exclusive residential complex The Edge was designed by prestigious architect Rafael de La-Hoz and won, at European Property Awards, best residential architectural design award.
The project has 9,050 m2 area and it's located in Estepona, on the seafront in a very quiet Mediterranean setting on the Costa del Sol. Close to same town's port and a few kilometers from Sotogrande.
According to architecture studio, the curved shapes of the residential complex “surround us like a wave would, its railings, its terraces, its fabric awnings, make us doubt if we really are in a building or a boat stranded on the beach".
White apartments and villas of the complex, which can have 2,3, or 4 bedrooms, have ample spaces to take advantage of natural light and enjoy views of the sea with absolute privacy. In addition, they have highest quality equipment, materials and finishes. It even uses typical sailing materials because "the project has been designed to remind its inhabitants, at all times, that they live front of the sea".
The households have direct access to the beach and to the landscaped common area with swimming pool in an environment completely open to the landscape and which ends up forming part of the sand, eliminating borders between the sea and the urbanization itself.
The Edge is equipped with Gradpanel CL W 50 Series cedar wood lattices, which act as solar protection while contributing to an improvement in the energy efficiency of the building.
