Project designed by Ramon Queiro from Queiro architecture studio.

Located in Dos Hermanas, Seville, is made up of 4 chalets with two floors, private garden and pool.

It's modern and contemporary design, with straight and elegant lines, reflects the character of the project in combination with two tones facade , white and bamboo wood.

A design at the same time reflects the philosophy of the architecture studio. As they say on their website, their architecture "arises from a careful analysis of how contemporary life is constantly evolving and changing. We believe that in order to face today's challenges, architecture must be profitable, within the framework of the XXI century and generating synergies with the city. For this reason we mix conventional ingredients in our day to day such as leisure, work, rest and happiness".

The upstairs area of the 4 chalets is covered with Bamboo CL 35 Series Gradpanel lattices, made up of fixed slats with a square section of 30 x 35 mm in a single piece solid profile.

Louvres have been installed with three types of applications: facing, pivoting corrugated and pivoting practicable, combining privacy, aesthetics, solar protection and ventilation.
