Slow Building office building was designed by architects Manuel Bailo and Rosa Rull from Bailorull with the advice of H.A.U.S. Healthy Buildings management company.

The project, located in the city of Sant Cugat del Vallès, has a privileged location, very close to Barcelona city.

Slow Building has a surface area of 15,000m2 and is made up of 8 floors that are used for offices and common use services such as: multi-purpose rooms, a roof garden on the first floor, a dining room and indoor and outdoor spaces for wellness-related activities.

The building itself is a demonstration that working in a pleasant, comfortable, sustainable and healthy environment is possible.

The project is equipped with Phalcel Lineal U 31 Series linear metal ceilings, made up of profiled aluminium slats painted in 4 colours that are fully integrated into the space and at the same time contribute to improving the comfort and aesthetics of the building's interior.

Slow Building has been awarded the DGNB Gold certificate in Spain, which stands for Deutche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (German Sustainable Building Council). A non-profit organisation based in Stuttgart whose aim is to promote change in the real estate and construction market, generating a proper understanding of quality as a basis for responsible and sustainable action.
