Project ONE: Ahad Ha'Am 13
A new urban living concept
This project reimagines urban living by seamlessly combining residential spaces with vibrant street-level commerce. At its core lies an interior courtyard that enhances the flow of natural light and optimizes cross ventilation, creating a bright, airy atmosphere throughout the building.
Beyond its thoughtfully designed central patio, the structure also features a panoramic rooftop that offers residents and visitors unique views of the city skyline. The architectural language of the building is modern yet sensitive to its context, respecting the historical character of the neighborhood while introducing a fresh, contemporary identity.
One of the project’s most striking features is its façade, wrapped in white perforated aluminum shutters with a rhythmic, geometric pattern. These custom-designed panels extend across all external façades, the courtyard, and even the rooftop, evoking the feel of traditional latticework. They not only filter sunlight and enhance privacy but also add texture and depth to the building's exterior.
The shutters are conceived as a dynamic system of movable panels. Residents can reconfigure them at will, adjusting the amount of light, shade, and visibility to suit their preferences. This flexibility allows the façade to evolve continuously, offering a changing visual identity that reflects the life within.
This project is a testament to thoughtful design, one that respects the past while embracing the future of urban architecture.
