Description

Gradpanel Serie T 60 louvres are made of extruded aluminum and made up of a set of fixed and tubular slats of rectangular section.

40x60 mm slats dimension are installed on extruded aluminum uprights by means of hidden mechanical fixing.

Minimum, basic and functional elements give it a minimalist design but with high resistance to impact or deformation, providing a degree of security to the system.

They offer an equivalent image from the inside and outside of the building and can be combined with other slats from the same T Series.

They accept a large number of finishes both in anodized and in colors from the RAL range.

1.Slat Features

The possibility to have more space between the slats, according to the project's requirements, contribute to reduce the cost of the whole.
On-site installation of frames with mounted slats for all possible applications.

2.Applications and profiling

Applications:

Shutter systems in a Fixed Application for panels placed in gaps or for façade coverings. They have visible wall studs or between visible frames with either adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Shutter systems in a Sliding Application of mobile panels, which slide horizontally along guide rails located on either the inside or outside of the façades. They are made up of panels with visible frames and fittings, use ball bearings to aid displacement, and have adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

4.Energy efficiency

Gradhermetic we create strategies that increase energy efficiency, we make optimal use of different systems for the protection of strong solar radiation, generating natural ventilation, and thus avoiding high energy consumption due to the inappropriate use of artificial cooling.

IN WINTER: The regulation of the slats allows to reduce the consumption in heating, since during the day with the opening of the slats we increase the capture of solar energy into the building. During the night, with the closing of slats we help to maintain the interior temperature.

IN SUMMER: The strategy must change, orienting the slats in such a way that they prevent the passage of solar rays into the interior of the building, allowing to maintain a pleasant room temperature and achieving substantial savings in air conditioning. During the night, the opening of louvers and windows allows air circulation, again reducing the need for air conditioning.
