P W 140 Thermopine

Description

Las celosías Gradpanel Serie P W 140 Thermopine están formadas por lamas fijas u orientables de líneas rectas con solapes en los extremos. De sección rectangular de 134,5x18,7 mm se fabrican en madera de pino termotratado con tratamiento lasur transparente ya aplicado.

Las celosías con lamas de madera aportan un alto valor estético, calidez y elegancia a la fachada del edificio al mismo tiempo que contribuyen al confort interior. En el caso de las lamas orientables van unidas a regle de accionamiento de pletina de aluminio con tornillería autoblocante en acero inoxidable.

Todas las lamas de madera con las que trabajamos provienen de bosques forestales protegidos y gestionados de forma sostenible bajo sello PEFC.

1.Slat Features

The possibility to have more space between the slats, according to the project's requirements, contribute to reduce the cost of the whole.
On-site installation of frames with mounted slats for all possible applications.

2.Applications and profiling

Applications:

Shutter systems in a Fixed Application for panels placed in gaps or for façade coverings. They have visible wall studs or between visible frames with either adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Shutter systems in a Sliding Application of mobile panels, which slide horizontally along guide rails located on either the inside or outside of the façades. They are made up of panels with visible frames and fittings, use ball bearings to aid displacement, and have adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

3.Limitations

4.Driving

Manual Drive: activation of manual slat positioning with different possibilities for operation (retractable knob, lever, trigger, crank, universal joint, linear cylinder, and Teleflex) depending on the types of slats and frames used.

5.Energy efficiency

At Gradhermetic we create strategies that increase energy efficiency, we make optimal use of different systems for the protection of strong solar radiation, generating natural ventilation, and thus avoiding high energy consumption due to the inappropriate use of artificial cooling.

IN WINTER: The regulation of the slats allows to reduce the consumption in heating, since during the day with the opening of the slats we increase the capture of solar energy into the building. During the night, with the closing of slats we help to maintain the interior temperature.

In SUMMER: The strategy must change, orienting the slats in such a way that they prevent the passage of solar rays into the interior of the building, allowing to maintain a pleasant room temperature and achieving substantial savings in air conditioning. During the night, the opening of louvers and windows allows air circulation, again reducing the need for air conditioning.
