Aliwen building

Aliwen building is located at Gerónimo de Alderete 1800 in the commune of La Florida, Metropolitan Region of Santiago de Chile.

It is a complex of 121 multi-family dwellings developed by the chilean construction and promoter company Absalon.

Aliwen building has 11 floor with 2-3 bedroom households inside, eqquiped with outdoor terraces, well-equipped communal areas - such as an outdoor swimming pool, gym, multi-purpose room, children's room - and green areas developed by landscapers. In addition to parking spaces, bicycle racks, controlled access and a clean point.

In terms of solar control, the facades of this residential project are equipped with Gradpanel P 80N Series aluminium louvres installed horizontally. Thanks to the orientation of the slats, it is possible to regulate the amount of natural light that penetrates the interior of the building, thus contributing to indoor comfort and improved energy efficiency.

The adjustment and movement of the louvres not only creates different shading effects, but also a living, constantly changing façade.

Absalon, according to information published on its website, was founded in 1980 and its mission is to generate "exceptional places by designing, building and marketing real estate projects of excellence within the national territory".
