Montecarmelo Households
Residential project located in the north of Madrid, in the neighborhood of the Three Olives.
The architectural complex, designed by Noemí Musquera, arises with a modern design, with simple and elegant lines thanks to the tonalities combination on of the facade.
The project is a construction of 131 houses and a garage floor in 6 heights and an attic. All the blocks are around ground floor and access to a common area with green areas, playground and community pool for adults and children.
To improve both the aesthetics and the comfort of the building and its energy efficiency, the project is eqquiped with some Gradhermetic products: Gradpanel CL MAD 35 wooden lattices, P 80 N profiled aluminum lattices and our Phalcel metal ceilings series.
