Execution, project management for restructuring and refurbishment project of a 25 luxury homes bioclimatic building, carried out by Tasvalor Arquitectura S.A. for Excem Homes residential promoter.
The result, according to Excem's website, is a building with "design architecture, bioclimatic and ecological mobility elements".
Fuencarral 142 building is formed by 10 floors, seven of which are for one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with or without terraces, and the other three are for garages and storage rooms. Residential complex also has a private rooftop terrace with an infinity-style swimming pool and communal areas such as a gymnasium and an events room.
