Petit Fleur Housing Complex
Petit Fleur housing complex, located in the Clapiers french town, was designed by BPA Architecture studio.
The project consists of a building of 33 collective dwellings divided into 2 buildings that occupy 2,328.70 m2 total area.
According to the project responsible architects: "it is based on the fragmentation of volumes so as not to develop entities that may seem incongruous in this almost rural territory where the challenge was to address the issue of living in the great landscape".
Noble materials such as stone and bamboo give the building a sustainable approach that in addition to improving the aesthetics of the facade of the 33 large apartments, lattice systems contribute to an improvement in energy efficiency.
Specifically, Bamboo lattices of the CL 35 Bamboo N-Finity Series were installed, consisting of fixed slats of solid bamboo wood and installed, in this case, on sliding aluminum frames measuring 80x45 mm.
